Combining Personal Training & Neuroscience for Holistic Fitness
Combining my skills and knowledge as a personal trainer with a keen interest in neuroscience means you can now benefit from a more holistic approach to your health and fitness that even the busiest business owners can find time for, and my cyclic method of Define - Refine - Align is the key to sustainable habit change.
DEFINE – The easy bit – You decide what you will do (the thing) to improve health and fitness.
REFINE – The missing bit – You look at what might or did make this challenging and make tweaks accordingly.
ALIGN – The doing bit – You do the things and note down any feedback – what works, what doesn’t etc.
DEFINE - REFINE - ALIGN
Now go back to the refine part to make more tweaks according to your feedback. This is the part that most people don’t do. That cycling back, noticing what worked as well as what didn’t and making small tweaks so it’s a better fit is the key to any successful habit creation and sustainable behavioural change.

Well, I lost 22lbs in about 6 months – but more importantly, I have more energy, am able to work more effectively, my skin is better etc. As a life long golfer, I’ve gone back to carrying my bag. Something I had to give up on a year before meeting Ashley. Now I can happily carry a bag for 3 rounds in 3 days.
Once my head was in the right space the confidence crept in, I looked after myself more, I did the things I loved without the guilt, my weight dropped dramatically and my relationship dynamic changed.
This isn't a 'quick fix' but it is long-lasting if you follow it correctly... however it really is down to 'you', as the client, to put in whatever effort you want to get out of it! I lost 1.2 stone over 3 months with Ashley and I'm so pleased!
Bottom line: I feel great, I am told I look better. I have the energy to play more with the kids and pull my weight around the house, which in itself has done wonders for family life.
